Name the product format
State the preferred format first: ready-to-use household cleaner, multipurpose product, concentrate, refill concept, essential-oil blend, or essential-oil-based household product. This establishes the product context before a package is selected.
Specify size and preferred package direction
Identify the intended fill size and format, from 10 mL through 32 oz. If a particular bottle, closure, sprayer, or retail presentation is important to the brand, include that direction. If it is not yet decided, say so rather than guessing.
Include the commercial requirements
Share the target market, label or branding requirements, expected order quantity, and desired launch window. Liquid programs are reviewed beginning at 5,000 units; quantity and timing are fundamental inputs to the project discussion.
Connect packaging to the formula path
A package brief works best alongside the formula path: existing formula or product specification, a defined product direction, or a custom formulation need. Use both pieces together in the RFQ so the first review can focus on the real decisions.
